Birth Doula for Your Estimated Due Date

These packages ensure my commitment to being with you during active labor, and when you give birth. Scheduled prenatal (2) and postpartum (1) visits are included. Birth Doula for Your Scheduled Cesarean BirtH

These packages ensure my commitment to being with you, and your support person, when arriving at your birthing location. Continuous support is also provided while you give birth during a scheduled Cesarean Birth, “Belly Birth”. Scheduled prenatal (2) and postpartum (1) visits included. Additional services can be purchased separately.

Prenatal Add-On Services

These hourly prices ensure my commitment to being present with creating a birth plan, during any medical appointments, providing enhanced education, preparing pets, planning a baby registry, baby shower, gender reveal, or babymoon, plus more. A MassHealth approved certified doula provider (Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula financially 100% covered).

SILVER $35/hour — My Birth Doula prenatal commitment scheduled in blocks of 2 hours, or more, for clients within a 45-minute drive from Pittsfield, MA 01201. Virtual services also available.

GOLD $40/hour — My Birth Doula prenatal commitment scheduled in blocks of 2 hours, or more, for clients within a 1.5-hour drive from Pittsfield, MA 01201. Virtual services also available.

Past Birth Story Processing

The purpose of processing a past birth story can provide the birthing person with a safe holding space to freely share and transform from a positive, negative, or indifferent memory. People that give birth do not always have the chance to share their experience that just occurred or may be from years past. This time is sacred and can be transformative and healing in all areas of life. The birthing person may choose to invite another person whom they would like to include in the process. A MassHealth approved certified doula provider (Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula financially 100% covered).

Postpartum Services

POSTPARTUM Daytime Doula For Up to ONE Month

My Postpartum Daytime Doula services ensures my commitment to being with you, and your family, during this life-changing transition into parenthood up until the baby’s age of one month. This service is beneficial whether this is your first child or fifth. I can provide birth delivery recovery support, newborn care, feeding assistance, “Feed-Sleeping”, emotional support, soothing techniques, birth story processing, attend appointments or errands together, along with providing community-based referrals, plus more. Also included, a detailed postpartum plan that is created together. A MassHealth approved certified doula provider (Birth Doula and Postpartum Doula financially 100% covered).

Please note each individual postpartum care visit will need a minimum length of three continuously scheduled hours any time between Monday to Friday within 9 AM - 3 PM.  Only offered within a 45-minute drive from Pittsfield, MA, or anywhere virtually.

Placenta Encapsulation Specialty Packages

Placenta Encapsulation is the process of preparing the birthing person’s placenta after the birth of their baby by dehydrating, powdering, and placing it into capsules for the birther to ingest. The purpose of ingestion of the placenta may promote the reintroduction of beneficial hormones, proteins, and other nutrients to their body to help restore physical and emotional balance, prevent or lessen the risk of “baby blues” that may lead to postpartum depression, increase breast-milk production, shorten healing time, increase energy levels, and provide an over-all feeling of wellness to aid in the transition between pregnancy and the early postpartum period. For expected twins, or multiples, there is an addition $10 fee for each additional newborn for the extra supplies.

*For a placenta print, umbilical cord keepsake, or soothing tincture, there is an additional $40 fee for each optional item.



Postpartum Add-On Services

Includes a two-hour fitting of your new personal Belly Bind, included, along with a second two-hour follow-up visit within the next 72 hours for continued proper support.
